Use the API key from the HEXPM_READ_API_KEY environment variable, whenset, to authenticate requests to Hex while resolving and downloadingdependencies. This raises the rate limit from the stricter per-IP limitto the higher per-user limit.
Since the previous commit sorts these modules alphabetically, thesetests won't be flaky and should always result in the same message.
