Globavend Signs DramaBox Distribution Agreement to Expand Global Reach for AI-Produced Micro Dramas

Stocks & Finance

Globavend Holdings (NASDAQ:GVH) announced that its subsidiary, Loomi Entertainment Group, has signed a global distribution agreement with DramaBox to distribute its original AI-produced English-language micro drama, The Wolf King's Forbidden Bride, expanding access to a streaming platform with more than 90 million registered users.

Globavend signed a global distribution agreement with DramaBox, one of the largest dedicated micro drama streaming platforms.

The partnership expands distribution of the company's AI-produced original content to a platform operating in more than 200 countries and regions with over 90 million registered users.

The agreement supports Globavend's strategy of commercializing proprietary AI-generated entertainment through both owned and third-party platforms.

Management highlighted multiple monetization channels, including subscriptions, licensing, advertising-supported viewing and content distribution.

Globavend (NASDAQ:GVH) continues expanding its AI entertainment business alongside its established cross-border logistics operations.

Globavend announced that its digital entertainment subsidiary, Loomi Entertainment Group, entered into a global distribution agreement with DramaBox for the worldwide release of The Wolf King's Forbidden Bride, the company's first English-language original title to debut on the platform.

According to the company, DramaBox has more than 90 million registered users, operates in over 200 countries and regions, and has exceeded 100 million downloads on Google Play. The agreement expands Globavend's distribution network beyond its owned-and-operated Loomi: Short Drama platform by adding a major third-party streaming partner.

The announcement follows the release of Buried Innocent, the company's first fully AI-produced original micro drama created using its proprietary Imaginary AI-powered cinematic production platform. Management also noted that Buried Innocent recently surpassed one million TikTok views, which it said demonstrated early international audience engagement.

The agreement represents another step in Globavend's effort to commercialize AI-generated entertainment through wider distribution rather than relying solely on its proprietary streaming platform.

Expanding onto a large third-party platform could increase the visibility and monetization potential of the company's original intellectual property while diversifying distribution channels. Management said its strategy combines proprietary AI production technology, ownership of original content and multiple revenue streams, including subscriptions, licensing, advertising-supported viewing and future strategic collaborations.
